Newsbud Report with Peter B. Collins – Episode #3

Coming up in today’s Newsbud interview, military whistleblower Joe Hickman reveals how exposure to toxic burn pits in Iraq and Afghanistan have exposed tens of thousands of our veterans to cancers and chronic health problems…he says it’s the new Agent Orange scandal…we’ll also look at the debt crisis in Puerto Rico, the roles of Bill and Hillary Clinton in post-earthquake Haiti, and the corruption conviction of Alabama’s Speaker of the House, who was exposed by the work of independent journalists.

Great show Peter. Your voice had a lot of echo, when you interviewed Joseph Hickmann.
Perhaps you can tweak the audio when you go into your “interview room”.

    Hi Peter,
I felt the segment showcasing the extremist Christian added no value to the segment, especially since it was literally the opinion of one person. I understand you come from a liberal bias and that’s fine to have that, but the clip of the guy (which went on for many seconds) introduced subtle messaging that Christians are hateful without any actual evidence for this. On the other hand, if there were a ‘kill all gays” or “Thank God for the Orlando Massacre” Facebook page that had 1 million likes from Christians, that would be worth reporting on. Also, I don’t know how others feel, but I would prefer a more balanced tone at Newsbud rather than the op-ed style that you’ve adopted. In any case, I respect that at least you’re open about your opinions, and I hope you welcome guests that have opposing viewpoints on your segments. Congrats on getting Newsbud funded and I’ll be staying tuned!

Indeed, most of the Christian commentary on Orlando that I’ve come across runs along the lines of ‘we hate the sin but not the sinner’… Here is a case in point: – OK, get over the fact that Tom Delay is the guest and the bombastic intro. The first half an hour or so is well worth a listen, in as much as the “Trunews” headquarters is 16 miles from the home of Mateen, and the host Rick Wiles gives some unique intel on the strange goings on in the area in the days and weeks leading up to June 12.

  3. Congratulations Sibel. I can’t wait to see what you guys do with the Newsbud site.

    I just Wonder…!
    When. We Do…

    Let. Me ask, this…?.
    What is…A..
