Spiro Reports- ChemTrails: The CIA &Weather Modification

Spiro Presents James Corbett

In this episode Spiro is joined by James Corbett to discuss Geoengineering (ChemTrails). We cover multiple documented aspects of weather modification. This Video Will Challenge even the most skeptic people out there on this topic. We also talk about CIA Director John Brennan’s recent speech before the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) promoting stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI), and a 2016 study on the health effects of stratospheric aerosols.

  1. I need to watch this, but I have wondered if it is being used as a cheap way to dump highly toxic chemicals that would otherwise be difficult to dispose of. If anyone complains? They cray cray. Makes it hard for the enviro nuts.

  2. Winston says:

The temperature balance of the athmosphere has 2 main factors. These are solar radiation and radiation from the earth itself. Solar radiation is easy to see and feel, though the radiation by the earth becomes visible my mapping temp gradients in oil, gas and water wells. This is in the first 3000 meters of sediments between 3 and 8 degrees every 100 meters, depending on where you are on our planet. This heat is transferred into the athmosphere by convection, radiation and transmission.
SRM works by inserting chemical (nano)conmpounds that are supposed to either directly reflect wave particles (aluminum) back into space, or by keeping water suspended in the upper layer of the proposphere ‘because clouds reflect solar radiation’. It is obvious that clouds do this, though concluding that more clouds will cool the planet is cutting corners for the uneducated.
Apart from the chemical issue, water retains heat. It is probably a more potent greenhouse gas than CO2 and CH4 although these two have an index, water does not. When something is hard to measure, it is hard to explain to the boss and therefore better not discuss it. No scientist talks about the ability of water to effectively capture heat.
Therefore, SRM, through creating a higher water density in the troposphere, does reflect heat but more importantly it captures the heat of the sun and captures the heat the planet that would otherwise be transmitted into the athmosphere. Because of the artificial enlargement of the suspended water mass in the skies, the heat capacity increases.
This is what we as humans see in nature: heating up the planet has taken an unprecedented pace since weather modicifation aka geoengineering is deployed on a massive scale.
Being a geophysicist, I cannot imagine that the decorated professors at the ivy league corporate institutes did not consider this. It is more plausible that the hypotheses, study design, methodologies, statistics and framework for conclusions have been detected by the most influential sponsors: nato, nasa, CIA etc. and the ‘think tanks’ such as cato, rockefeller and other such private foundations. Realizing the effects, the historical applications and what keeps the powerful busy these days, one could infer that the primary aim is to create a weather weapon. Keen to hear more about geoengineering.

  3. How would this weapon work? I am not a scientist, but weather events are caused by inbalances, as in a tornado, or concentrations, as in the 165 degree F heat event Iran had. Can they really draw the fine lines necessary to accomplish this?

    • Winston says:

The question is who would be able to do so and what are the consequences. Your question is aimed to let someone speculate about technology that took the most sophisticated centers for developing technology decades to produce.
The questions that fit into Spiro/Corbett’s discussion are in my opinion: who has the motives; who has the technology and organization; and who as the access to these.
For example, hardly any party has access to communication networks in aviation. The two aviation segments I know of in aviation are military and civilian, using of different communication platforms. Organizing these on a cross-border level is a previlege of a few. Only two ‘visible’ parties have oiled organizations to do this: nato and the us military complex.
Motives relating to using weather as a weapon is in the military complex. Who are most influential people in advisory boards and in consulting and law firms that regularly deliver services? It would be illustrative to figure out which families have historically funded / benefited from two sides of wars.
